New Lego Store Maleficent, Woody & Buzz

Okay, dumb question maybe. Are these actually built completely with Legos, or are they formed to look like Legos, or wrapped in Legos?

Huh, I wonder how Maleficent and Prince Philip will stand up to the weather, aka rain, beating sun, etc. I wonder if the weather will ever get hot enough to melt or fade some of the pieces. Then again, Legoland has survived, so just speculating.

This is awesome!!! Last time I was there I saw them putting up the prince. Looked great! I had no idea it would be part of a scene with maleficient. Love woody and buzz!

Wow cool! Is it me or is DTD having some kind of revival?? They are revamping several stores like this one, the Le Brea Bakery and Sun Glass Icon! They are bringing in Earl of Sandwhich and a new kind of Disney art gallery which sounds REALLY cool and I'm guessing there might be even more announcements before the summer!

This is going to be a really good summer for the resort with Mattherhorn refurb, all the DCA additions and even the new tenants in DTD! Cant wait!

I loooove this ! Maleficent has always been my favorite villain and that scene is iconic in my memory growing up. Thanks for sharing ! Can't wait to see it in person in June !

I don't believe Lego has any sets featuring Maleficent. It is an awesome looking model. From what I've been reading and what an employee said earlier this month, the new Lego store should be open by the time you get to the parks (your dates are near the end of May, right?). Even if there's an unexpected delay, your son will still be able to get his Lego fix because while this store has been getting remodeled there has been a temporary Lego store open a few doors down.
