New L.L.Bean sneakers

Just wondering if anyone has tried the new L.L. Bean water sneakers. Or for that matter seen them. They look comfy and they are meant for the water and land. If you go to thier web site LLBean.com you can check them out. Do They look like they would be good for an Aug. trip? Thanks

Live in Maine and was just at the store today. These are NOT for park touring. Your feet will hate you.

I wore a similar pair from land's end. I liked mine and they were fine. I have no feet issues though if that makes a difference.

I tried these on at the store a couple weeks ago (Mainer here as well)...I was hoping for greatness, but it was a no go.

I wouldn't wear them all day -- but I found they worked GREAT for going from the Wonder to Castaway Cay's Senerity Bay for the day and back!
