New kisok in park to get Disney Visa & redemption card

I just was there 11 days ago, & already can't remember where I saw it.
There was a new kiosk in one of the parks (AK or DHS) to apply for the Disney Visa, and you could get a redemption card there too. I know you can get a redemption card at Guest Services at all the parks, and DTD has 2 kiosks to apply for the Disney Visa, so maybe you can get a redemption card at those kiosks too.
I was surprised by the in-park kiosk. Can anyone tell me where that is?

I saw that one last night in one of Josh's pictures on easywdw.
That might be the one I remember, but I still think it was a kiosk in DHS.

We leave in days & I forgot to order mine . The last one took weeks to get here.

That kiosk one is new and I'm not really sure what they can do since I've not been to one yet.

There are 2 locations at each Theme Park and 2 locations at DTD that I know you can get them at:

Does anyone know how late guest relations at DTD is open?

We're going to DTD the evening we arrive and I'd love to just grab a redemption card while there and not worry about it getting to me in time before the trip.

They will be open until at least 11 PM.
