New info on Cabana Rentals

I have been doing searches on Cabana rentals and I am confused. When we went to Universal in 2004, we rented Cabana #1 at HRH on a Friday night to watch the Dive in movie. We were staying at PBH.

Anyway, did they move where they put the screen for the Dive in moviesat HRH? That is the impression I get now. I am thinking of renting Cabana #10 this year. My DDs will be 15 and 12 at the time of the trip. I called and the HRH said both themed and nonthemed cabanas are $125. We will be staying at RPR.

Also, does RPR now have movie night? One of the threads sort of suggest this, but maybe the person was staying at RPR but renting a cabana at HRH??

Is there a Movie night on Wed. nights somewhere? That would be a preferable night (mid-stay vs. last night of stay).

Is there a map of the cabana locations? I know there used to be, but all the old threads have broken links for that map.

Yes they moved the screen a few years ago. #10 is great so is #9. This info is for HRH not RPR.Also, does RPR now have movie night? One of the threads sort of suggest this, but maybe the person was staying at RPR but renting a cabana at HRH?? Yes, RPR as well as HRH and PBH all have dive-in movies on different nights. RPR only has 4 cabanas though and they are not the same as HRH's, smaller and less amenities.

During peak summer season we have seen movie night at HRH on 2 different nights, as the time gets closer you can ask however info now may not get you the correct answer as things change constantly.

Hi, yes, RPR does have dive-in movie night as well, but it is only on Fridays. Also, the movie screen is on the same side of the pool as the cabanas, so I don't know how well you'd see it from them.

Cabana #9 at HRH has been remodeled and is called Beaches...Anyone have pics or know where I can find pics? Have it booked for 4 days in June and am interested in seeing the change. Thanks!

I just called HRH back to make my reservation of Cabana #10 and now they are quoting me a price of $185??????????? I called a few days ago and they told me $125??? This is for June.

The lady today said that the beach cabanas (7-10) are $185. Can you see the dive-in movie from any other cabana?

I was willing to pay $125, but $185 is making it questionable.
