New in Checkout51 -Gas

I finally decided to try the new thing in Checkout51. It is rebates on gas receipts. It is pretty new so there don’t seem to be a lot of stations yet but oddly there are 5 in my area despite it being a small town area. Th local big city area has only a few. The rebate amount varies by station. Around me it is mostly Sunoco and a limited nbr of Mobile. So today I paid $2.57 for 87 octane a gallon (a lot of NY tax in there ) and I received a $0.20 a gallon rebate. You have to pick you station and activate it prior to purchase and then buy within 4 hours. Then you upload your receipt. There is something about a 50 gallon limit but doesn’t say if that is on a per transaction or lifetime limit. For comparison I normally would have gone to speedway for $2.49 a gallon so it really is ore like $0.12 a gallon but that is not insignificant in my opinion.
