New Hotel Construction

We are staying in the Disneyland Hotel in October. Do you think the construction of the new hotel will have an impact on our stay?

At this point no one knows specific dates, but they did mention late Summer. RFC, EoS and the movie theater will be closed by then - someone mentioned RFC will close in July. The pathway to DL will be a mess, but if you are not in one of the rooms facing the area it should be ok. Unless it was a once in a lifetime trip I would not spend the $ to stay there - and if it was I would actually go for the GCH.

I think it depends on your idea of impact. I'm sure there will be a clear route created by Disney. It may be a bit crowded but I'm sure it will be doable.

I'd be mostly concerned about noise. The Disneyland Hotel Towers are not well soundproofed to what is happening outside. We had quite a lot of noise in the Adventure tower facing DtD. Much less noise when we were in the Fantasy tower. I'd suggest requesting a room in either Fantasy or Frontier, try not to get a room in the Adventure tower.
