New Hotel at the Port?

Any news on this? What it is and when it will open?

The last one I knew about was Ron Jon's. It opened last January.

Shirley from the perfect gift posted something last month on this.. She thought it might be run by the same group as the Radisson but she was going to find out for sure later on. Sorry I don't know more.

I totally spaced this out - I know there is something there, but in all honesty with the 3 hurricanes, brain freeze has set in (sorta of) -Norm has to go by there in the morning and I will have him check it out and I will report back to this post something tomorrow.

Yes, there is a new hotel going up in the Cove area of Port Canaveral (south side of the channel where the restaurants are). I'm not sure what their projected opening date is. Last time I was in Cape Canaveral (about six months ago), they were still doing site work... hadn't actually laid the foundation yet.

Cruising just last week I remember the sign to say Country Inn and Suites-it sits about a half mile before the Radisson (same side of street)

That's new. Was that west or south of the Radisson?

Hey Dave - it is Northwest of the Radisson on the same side - Jeanne slowed down the progress and I still don't know if the owner of the Radisson owns it - also I do know he is building a new hotel right next door to Ron Jon's - looks like it is going to be beautiful - he has the Quality Inn, the Radisson, the new one so will know more later and will let you know on the one that is on west side as you come over the bridges into Cape Canaveral - also be aware that the new Publix got some damage and looks like they won't be opening until next month - anyhow will keep you updated.
