New Home Resort Rules and Regulations

I just opened up my DVC home page and noticed this announcement. When I went to review the document, the link was many+++++ pages long. I had a hard time knowing what to look for.

I was hoping someone could tell me what the changes are. It says there are changes to Associates and also for banking.

I haven't kept up with news because of the holidays, I hope someone won't mind repeating the info if this has been discussed before.
