DVC points are not a good value to book a moderate resort (Port Orleans, Coronado, Caribbean Beach).

The answer should be zero as Auroraborealis mentions. Are you looking to buy, an owner already or to rent. It ONLY makes sense to buy DVC to use at DVC resorts and for those new to DVC, essentially only resale.

Ultimately, it will cost you more to use points at a Moderate resort than to pay cash directly to Disney.
