My name is Eric and I just happen to stumble across this site via google. My wife and I are pass holders for WDW and are there many times a year. We recently bought a camper so we could visit more and take the fur babies with us. We just ended our first trip to Fort Wilderness and we are beyond pleased! Absolutely a wonderful place to camp. I look forward to talking with you all and getting to know the forum

Welcome Eric We are from California and were contemplating driving out there with the trailer just to stay in Fort Wilderness but after calculating costs for fuel etc, we realized it would be cheaper to fly and just stay in one of the Resorts. But I will admit, I envy you!!

Hi Eric, and Welcome! We're West Coasters who mostly visit Disneyland, but every 10 years or so visit WDW too. Any plans to motor west? There are no direct campgrounds in the DLR, but there are some close by; even some that provide shuttle service! Cheers!
