I asked a bunch of agencies for quotes and the fastest reply came from Small World Vacations. She was also the fastest to reply back to me when I had any initial questions. Her services are wonderful

I'm sure every well-known Disney travel agency all operate pretty much the same way, in that they charge no fees, have great services, usually some sort of gift or discount to give you, will automatically update your reservation if discounts or better deals show up, and will help you handle everything with Disney, including making your dining reservations.

It all comes down to who you enjoy interacting with the most. My favourite thing about using a travel agent is not having to make my own long distance phone calls to Disney.

Exactly!! 99% offer all those services.
It is indeed whom you establish a relationship with that feels comfortable.

We used Fairytale Dreams too. Fantastic place. They know just about everything there is to know about Disney. I think they are only TA in Canda just doing Disney.

Disney isn't Rocket Science..you learn the components either by training or perferably having gone there many times in addition and you too know all there is!! It's the service that sets an agent apart from another.

Thankyou for all your replies!! I have contacted Fairy Tales to see what they can do for me and see how fast she responds. I was also looking into Kingdom Magic but I haven't heard alot of people who use them on here, although the woman appeared to be good.
The one thing that bothers my hubby and me, is how do we know that these places are legitimate??? That kinda scares us now adays and yet there is no one here that I think is really that I trust to know when the deals are coming out. So, can someone give me some insight? Also, what happens when it is Victoria Day and there is a special or something that comes up? Do they work long hrs? Do they give our file to someone else when they aren't working?

Sorry for so many questions. Going to Disney Land is soooo much easier lol

When a promotion comes out that might change your package price, there is a longer time than one day that the promo is valid for, therefore if it should happen to be released when your agent is off or the agency closed, that's okay..they can have it repriced when they are next in.

i would never use a travel agent. Just pick up the phone and book yourself directly with Disney.

If they are TICO (Travel Industry Council of Ontario) registered, then they are legit.

And even IF the travel agency were to go under (or whatever the case may be), your reservation wouldn't go anywhere as your reservation is still with Disney direct.

The answer to this question all depends on the travel agent. All *real* Disney Specialists will absolutely be open (and working) when promotions are released. Keep in mind that the good/top selling Disney agents all know well ahead of time when a promotion is coming out, so they'll be prepared!

Disney Specialists for Small World, Dreams Unlimited, Fairytale Dreams and other such agencies all work whenever a promotion is set to released.

I just booked the trip and dinning plan online as well ADR can be all done online also... no problem, no calling long distance during work hours..
