Hmmm...I posted a reply but it didn't come up. Sorry in advance if 2 replies eventually appear.
Anyway, Smoked Turkey Legs $5.49 listed on the ALllEarsNet menu from "Lunching Pad" in Tomorrowland. Also some at a cart in Frontierland, I think. Probably more sights, and I would bet a search here in dining would turn some up if you are interested. My DD9 doesn't like them, but since I first had one at MK, I have associated them with MK forevermore. It's unique enough that I feel I must have one when I go. To each his/her own, though.
Based on having been to WDW for the week following Memorial Day for the past 2 years, I would say with a decent plan (which it seems you have!
), you should be able to do all you have on your list (and maybe a bit more). I also avoided certain parks based on crowd expectations, including avoiding some EMH as I expected that to draw extra crowds as well. Park-hoppers helped us, but again, not worth it to everyone.
Keep a smile, and a good back-up plan can be a great as a good starting plan!
