the website is up for the new Hawaiian resort and it looks amazing so far. They even have a link about weddings there already! Can't wait for it to be complete!

the inside looks exactly like Jambo house at animal kingdom lodge to me.

I can't wait to go!!! I hoping they release the DVC points by the end of this year to reserve...my hubby and I are having two Honeymoon, one is called the "Family Honeymoon" and the second is "Our Hawaiian Honeymoon Extravaganza"...lol

I have read that it is going to be half regular resort and half DVC but that the DVC rooms will only be 2 bedroom villas, I am not sure why they would do that? I imagine it will attract a lot of honeymooners who dont need at that space, but I cant wait to go there for my honeymoon too!

It will be if I am not mistaking about 1/4 DVC rooms...the are two bedrooms bc that is how dvc describes them...but a two bedroom can be broken down into a studio, a one bedroom or a 2 bedroom

Oh it's gorgeous! I signed up to get more info for the resort and weddings.

I'd love to go to Hawaii, but my pineapple and macadamia nut allergies makes me feel like I'd never get over there. But if Disney has a resort there, I might get to!

Looks awesome! Me and DF are going to Hawaii for our honeymoon, in May 2011! I am deff. going to look into staying here for a night or two while we are on Oahu, or at least take a day trip there to check it out!

Please take some pics if you sneek over there!! They aren't suppose to open until fall 2011, so they unless they open early, you won't be able to stay at the Disney Resort.

We are saving our points for to celebrate our 3rd anniversary there in May 2012 (if there are openings).
