We always just fit a light-weight booster into the top of our luggage. It didn’t take up that much space.

It's one more thing to worry about while travelling though. We've conceded and we'll bring one. I just checked the cost to rent a booster from Hertz and it's $65 for our time there. I'd be willing to pass it on to someone after we are done with it so we don't have to lug it back home.

Interesting product. I would have considered it for travel when my kids were younger, but they're out of boosters now at home so I would rather not buy something I'd only use this one time.
