This park is in Walterboro SC. Has anyone stayed here?

Getting a late start on Sunday going to the Fort and wanted to stop and not push it the first day. First long trip with the new TT and first trip to the fort with it. Wanted to split the trip into 2 days. Had originally planned to go to Savanna, but some things have chnaged and now we don't want to go that far.

Can't leave till after church on Sunday (baby dedication for DGD) and being Mother's Day I wanted to spend part of the day with DD and DS.

We stayed there once a couple of years ago and it is fine and would recommend it.

We have stayed there several times. The sites are the longest sites that I have ever seen. You could get 2 MHs with tow cars into some of the sites, that's how long they are. It's close to the highway so if you get a site nearest the office, you will hear a small amount of I95 traffic. Highly recommend this park. Easy on/off also.

You might also consider Broxton Bridge Plantation. Same general area, but a bit further off the path, about 17 miles from I95. Pull throughs, no problem. Good bath house and a Civil War earthworks/batllefield on site. Pretty sure they are at $25/night.

There is the Walmart at the Hwy 64 exit as well.
