New Gold AP Blackout Dates Are They Correct?

I cannot believe the blackout dates for the new gold AP's are correct, they seem to be reversed. They have the blackout date for 2015 as Thursday December 17 and for 2016 as Monday December 19. Why wouldn't they both be on the Saturday before Christmas 12/19/2015 and 12/17/2016?

Called today they are correct. Really annoyed that no advance information was given about changing the AP's
