new generation festival

hi,was wondering if the new generation festival ends on 13th march and the next one doesnt start until april, does that meen there are no shows or parades in the two weeks in between? thanks.

no, it just means that the dedicated New Generation festival stuff won't be on (from memory thats the hub stage show with Mickey, the character express in its current disguise, and possibly Tiana and Naveen's dedicated meet n greet at the bandstand). All the other parades, shows and events will be on as usual, including the daily parades in both the main park and the studios.

thanks for that, was on disney site looking at hotels and saw that new gen over 13th, was worried there was nothing on before the new festival starts!! thats great, cause kids loved the main parade on our last trip and didnt get to see one in studio either so hoping to fit in more this time!

Where are you thinking of staying and how long are you going for?

arriving on the evening of 14th and returning morning of 20th, so five full days in parks. thinking of sequoia as not much dearer than cheyenne, and will be handy to be nearer and have pool as well when staying for longer!

Oh that will be a lovely long holiday! Sequoia Lodge is lovely and the pool is great. Hope you have a great time!
