I'm glad to hear that the gator hat is still going on. I couldn't for the life of me get any of my sword pins to pull one out last night. I'll try again tonight.

I don't think I have ever agreed more with Pink then since the announcement about the closing!! The mere mention of a new hat or costume on vmk and I am salivating like Pavlov's dog waiting for the dinner bell....
I too collect the hats (obviously), and so had to try and get it, after about 3 hours of riding and 15 pins, I finally got it on the 15th pull. Put it on for about two minutes, just to do my "new hat parade" (my own little tradition when I get a new hat) then took it off and put my ears back on. But if it means VMK will stay open, I will trade off wearing the Gator and Musketeer hats for a month and I will hold anybodies hand on any ride they are afraid to go on, with or with out earplugs
