Ok - based on some of your suggestions, as well as the schedule changes and rumored rehabs - I have reworked a little - any suggestions? It's going to be me, DH, DD (9) and DS (4):

Fri 9/19 - arrive MCO 11 - to MK at around 1 for the rest of the day (PS? not sure) Swim at AKL later.

Sat 9/20 - EE MGM - ride TOT as much as possible (LOL) - late afternoon break at hotel, 5:30 PS for Chef Mickey's and then Spectro Fireworks at MK.

Sun 9/21 - 8:05 PS at CRT then monorail to Epcot (how carzy will Pin Event make it? - I'm a little nervous). 3:30 PS at Teppanyaki. Back to Hotel, Kid club at 8 for kids, PI or Jiko for us.

Mon 9/22 - EE at AK, break, then PS at Primetime 6:00 and Fanatsmic after.

Tues 9/23 - TL/BB, break, PS Mexico 6:45, then illuminations.

Wed 9/24 - open - maybe DQ/DTD/rent boats - 7:30 PS at Ohana.

Thurs 9/25 - EE at MK, afternoon - redo any highlights in other parks. PS at Boma 7:30.

Fri 9/26 Check out of AKL into HRH - to US/IOA - dinner at Bob Marleys (at request of DD)

Sat 9/27 - US/IOA and dinner at City walk.

Sun 9/28 - boo hoo - Airport.

Does this look doable? DO I need ressies at Citywalk? Am I missing anything

It looks very busy! :) I am sure you will have a great time and have lots of fun! :)

Busy yes - but as DH says, "I can sleep at home - we're in Disney!"

I am leaving a few open days just in case we're exhausted!

IMHO....it just seems like an aweful lot of PS's. Especially on Sun. You have 3 scheduled. You will spend way too much time sitting in restaurants.
Unless your kids are used to so many sit down dinners, I think they will start to get tired of them.
I would cancel a few of the PS's and just go with counter service on some days. Be FLEXIBLE....that is the key with kids of that age.

IMHO.....I don't like to tie myself down to so many dinners, etc....It stresses people out if they "have to be somewhere" when they might be waiting in line for a ride or attraction.
Going in Sept there is no real need to make all those PS's. The crowds will be light and you will be able to do a lot of walk ins, giving yourself more options too.

hmmm--I only saw two PS on Sunday :)

The only day I have two PS's myself is our CRT breakfast day as well--which happened to fall on MNSSHP, and you better believe I booked a PS at night too :)

I agree with Cindyfan about being flexible. I think we've got PSs on every other day, and I've got which days in which parks marked too, and the park areas to target that day. I think it's ok with a PS on every day though--just be sure to cancel if you don't plan on using them (course, unless it's a package!).

We have no idea right now what FTP has done to the regular crowd size, but I do know one thing--if it weren't for FTP we would still be putting WDW off, just like we have been for year after year after year. At least with a PS you KNOW you've got something just in case there are crowds afterall (hope not hope not hope not).

Looks like we're going to miss y'all by a day!

Just a few things - we did FTP in July.

Since you are going in September, EE probably won't be crowded. We did EE at AK and it was bad. People everywhere - won't do EE again but you are going at a slow time. You should be ok. Just be prepared to dash if it's nutty.

If you are going to DQ, don't go any later than opening! We went at 12ish and it was so busy. We fought the crowds long enough to do our 'must dos' then left. We were sooo happy that we didn't pay extra for it. My kids are video game fanatics - even the little one has a gameboy. We thought we would love this place!

We went to BB and it was fun. We got there before opening and jogged to the shelters near the kiddie area. That was great for our kids - sand to play in and shade and tiny palm trees. We split up and DH took the tall enoughs on the big slides while the little ones staked out some great seats in the shade.

I would not do so many PS. We skipped half of the ones we had. For us, it was much easier to get counter service.

That's all that I can think of.

Have fun.

As to the PS's - I just I thought I would rather have them,, and not need them, then vice versa. The only definites are CRT and Ohanas - never been to either. The other are just old favorites we would like to do again (except for Bomas and Jiko -- but since we are staying at the lodge, we'll get the chance to do one or the other.) If we're having fun elsewhere - we'll call and cancel.

Thanks for tip on the DQ. We do plan on doing that one of the days, and now I'll make sure we go early.

Thanks everyone - appreciate the help! (Now it's just the waiting that will kill me.)
