New From Upstate New York!!

Hello! This is my first time posting but I have been reading lots of posts to familiarize myself with the forum for about 2 months now. I look forward to chatting with fellow disney world fans. I have been to the world twice once in 2002 and again in 2005 both were only day trips to the MK. I have finally convinced my better half to go back to the best place on earth. So we are looking to go in the last week of august or early sept 2009. I have tons of questions!!!! My first question is: If I book a vacation package now and receive a pin code or another deal is released can I make changes to the package to reflect new offer? and is there any kind of fee?
