Well, I'm one of the crazy ones who was on hold for almost 2.5 hrs, but we got FD at the GF Oct 28-Nov.3. CM Brighton rocks!!!

2 hrs. and 15 min. but got WL Dec. 16-25 !!!!!!

We'll be there the 14th through the 22nd. Would LOVED to have stayed through Christmas, but will someday.

I called at 7 a.m., was told a 7 minute wait and the CM picked up at 7:23 a.m. Not shabby at all!

am ready to rebook mine online and cancel original one later... but need to also modify my friend's reservation and so here I sit stuck on phone when NEED sleep desperately! I keep saying will hold for 5 more minutes and give up... but well, I keep holding and holding!

I am sooo excited! We had ressies/tix booked at Pop for Nov 18-25. Due to some unforeseen circumstances, I had debated cancelling our reservations (as I didn't think we were going to be able to afford to go). I held out hope for Free Dining- knowing that the likelihood of getting it during Thanksgiving was small.
Yet, here I am today with free dining booked for my family and the countdown to our Thankgiving Disney trip has begun[/B].

Online reservations now available was on hold for over 45 minutes reservations are made via online, hung up the phone. Upgraded to POFQ was going to stay at POP Century but would rather have the better meal package.

All DDR are made before the rookies see free dining and book every restaurant and then not show up.

Not sure if the offer will save me much money. Traveling with friends, but my reservation is a solo, room only reservation due to AP. Holding to see if there is a savings, but won't be disappointed if there isn't.

Will have to wait till they're not so busy to call and cancel my September ressie. Now I have to cancel my old dining and make new ressies! Bet I'll be trying new places since I have no ADRs yet!

i went back to bed after the web site hadnt posted the offer, just woke up and got my split stay booked (room only 12-9 to 12-11 and fd 12-11 to 12-18) booked at pop in less than 10 minutes! SOOOO glad I went back to sleep for a bit! GL to all and thanks to everyone for the great info and great laughs, and being the only ones, (besides my kids, but this will be a surprise for them) that shares my joy and excitement for disney!

So after being on hold 1 hr & 52 minutes in silence, I decided to try from a different phone. This time got music & 20 minutes on hold, my call was answered by Winslow! Really nice guy!

He originally told me that my dates were blacked out (arrival Oct 27) but I told him the website had the information that it was valid October 23. I was on hold about 2 minutes & he came back and told me I was correct! Yeah!! He said the information CM's have is not correct, that the website is.

Within minutes he changed my reservation & saved me $960.31. Thanks Danny for the heads up!!!

I am anxiously waiting for my TA to get back to me with our modified reservation.
I am getting very stressed--I am hoping she's already booked it and is just doing everyone's before she returns the emails--but I'll be so disappointed if our ressie can't be modified to add the free dining.
Now it's just a waiting game...

Whooo Hooo! This is the day I have been waiting for!! HAHA. It took me about 30 mins of All circuits are busy, please call again. But I finally got thru and it said my wait time was 10 mins. And 10 mins later I was BOOKING!! 101 days and counting!! Can't wait!!
