Hi Jen! It can all be soooo confusing, can't it?!

You have a good group of videos to start a very effective workout program! Let me give you a breakdown:
Maximum Cardio Burn falls under the Cardio Category
Total Sculpt + Abs is considered Aerobic Weight Training (AWT)
Complete Aerobics + Weight Training is also AWT
An Abs video is just that--all abs, core and back-strengthening work!
To get the most from your workouts, alternate any AWT with a cardio a minimum of 3-4 times per week. Your workout could look something like this:
Monday--Complete Aerobics + Weight Training(CAWT)
Tuesday--Maximum Cardio Burn + Abs(MCB)
Wednesday--REST
Thursday--Total Sculpt + Abs (TSc)
Friday--MCB
Sat. & Sun.--REST
You can rearrange it to fit your schedule, as long as you do not do two AWT's on consecutive days--that's the most important thing! Your body will need that day to recover from the weights work and to rebuild your muscle. You can still do a Cardio after an AWT day. I would suggest you schedule a full rest day after the TSc workout if you can, as I feel it's heavier on the weights than CAWT. (that's just how my body responds, you may feel differently). If you're finding you're tired, modify the routine and do an Abs-only video on a scheduled workout day. As you feel stronger, you can work up to 5-6 days a week if you'd like, still never repeating weight work two days in a row. Cardio is great for fat-burning; AWT is great for building muscle, which will help you burn more calories even at rest. You have an excellent selection of videos which will give you great fat-burning, muscle-building and cardiovascular-stengthening exercises! The key is to go slowly and listen to your body. If you are feeling overtired, achy and burned out, then you are working too hard and overtraining, and need to rest. Don't get discouraged with the fancy footwork or heavy weights! Modify so that it works FOR you, not AGAINST you!
Oh, and I'd also check at ebay for some really great deals on the FL and other Firm accessories--I've gotten a few videos there for very low prices.
Jen, I hope I haven't confused you with all of this! We have a weekly Firm Check-in thread--please join us and let us know how you're doing, and feel free to ask any questions you may have!
Sending good thoughts your way...!
