New features/improvements that you LOVE

So I was thinking...there are many threads about things that USED to be at the Fort. And threads about things people would like to see improved on.

BUT- what are some things that have been added or improved on in the last 5 years that you LOVE Is there anything ?? Has Disney done anything in the last 5 years to FW that make the Fort even more special ??

Let's see. The swamp trail...River Country...the beach...the petting zoo...this is not at the Fort but we use to always go there and that is the Old Game Room at the Contemporary (new one stinks). Oh wait, you said added or improved. I have to think about that as all I can remember is the stuff they keep taking away. Not sure of any new stuff other than more golf carts so this may be a tough one. BUT, I still love going to the Fort.

Refillable mugs! They're not "new" exactly, but pretty new! We love refilling ours and sitting out on the porch of Crockett's tavern, relaxing!

Yeh but the mugs now are not exclusive to the resorts like they used to be. they are all the same. I saw so many people using older mugs that i would kill to have! they were "forty" looking, lol. I drink water only while at disney (ok except for an occasional mud slide or grand marnier slushy from France, lol) but i still would have bought one of the old ones just to have it.

The Orange/Yellow/Purple Bus System!!!!! (The only flaw it has is getting from the Purple area to Meadows area, but then Purple Outpost becomes Yellow Settlement, so just stay on)

My first trip to the Fort was Boone & Crocket and then going to the TTC to get to everywhere except for Magic Kingdom, Blech!!!!

I remember the Chip/Dale and the Boone/Crocket busses. Wasn't one set inside FW and the other to the TTC? I guess I must go back even a little further though, I remember the trains (and I wasn't a kid).

Hey guys...you are drifting back to OLD things again...I am looking for NEW things at the Fort. Is there anything other than the refillable mugs that Disney has done at FW in the last 5 years ??

We're here right now. You got me thinking... Trying to stay positve...

More carts and parking? Carts aren't all that new, but I think there's more every time we're here, and they have made some new areas to park them. And they did redo the front bus stop.

But man, can't really think of anything else.

The new buses with the lower step in. Plus, they are updating those again.

When compared to all of the amenities that have disappeared it is difficult to think of anything new. Bathhouses are rennovations, not new. Oh maybe one thing is new.... Hammocks on the beach? Those are nice.

How about the Bingo games? My wife and kids love them. Especially when Sundee is there.
