I just saw the Magic Bands are being issued for Annual Pass holders. But, holders will be limited to using Fast Pass Plus 7 days out of every 30.

We're planning to get new PAP with the special (buy vouchers now) for our 2 week trip starting right before Thanksgiving. We'll be staying in DVC resorts. Will we be able to Fast Passes for every day (knowing it's 7 days at first, then day by day), or will we only be able to book 7 days total of the 14?

You will be able to pre book 7 days then use the kiosks after that as you are AP holders but I think the fact you are staying onsite might allow you top rebook 14.

My understanding is that the 7 day limitation is one applicable if you have no reservation at a WDW resort. If you have a reservation and it is for more than 7 days, the length of stay controls how many days you can get FP+, which is all days you are there.

From the 'MyMagic+ for Walt Disney World Annual Passholders' page:
For the first time ever, Disney FastPass+ service enables you to reserve access to select attractions, shows, Character Greetings and parade and firework viewing areas. All theme park Guests—including Annual Passholders—can now make same-day, same-park FastPass+ selections at our in-park FastPass+ kiosks.

If you are an Annual Passholder, you are also invited to plan 7 days of FastPass+ selections within any 30-day period—for 1 park per day. You can make your selections up to 30 days in advance of your visit—so you can relax and enjoy the moment with your family and friends, knowing that some of your must-do attractions and entertainment are all set.

If you are staying at a Disney Resort hotel, you can make your FastPass+ selections up to 60 days prior to check-in—for the entire length of your hotel stay.

Hopefully this is how it's going to work instead of how it has worked over the past few months. I have friends who had stays of 7 days each less than 60 days apart that had APs but couldn't book FP+ for their second stay until they started using the other ones. I know they had to call Tech Support and were told it would work itself out (it didn't, they had to wait until the end of day 1 of the first trip to book day 1 in the second)...hopefully IT has actually solved the problem, but I wouldn't count on it.

60 days. I have already booked mine for May. Just link your AP or voucher to your MDE acct

It is actually 60+ days since you can get FP+ for every day of your reservation at WDW at 60 days from the arrival date.

Do you need to link ALL the tickets for everyone in your party, to reserve Fast Passes through MDE, or can you reserve for i.e. 2-3 people, using one ticket. I will have an annual pass and could reserve fast passes weeks before arrival date but I think my friends will only get tickets at the parks.

Everyone has to have an active ticket. The Fastpasses are booked with individual names. With your annual pass you can only book your own.

I am considering taking advantage of the DVC PAP offer before it expires in April, but our PAPs will not actually be activated until our trip in September. Will we still be able to book FP+ at 60 days?

By linking the will call confirmation number for the PAPs, you will be able to make FP+ selections beginning at 60 days prior to check-in. You will still need to stop at either a park ticket window or guest relations location to exchange for your actual passes and your expiration date will be based on when you are issued the actual passes.
