I had posted asking if anyone ever heard about Captian Nautica Power Raft Expeditions in St. Thomas, no replys. I just received a E-mail from them. They said that DCL is adding them to there excursion list as we speak. They are just working on the information with DCL which will describe the activities. If you want information do a search of St. Thomas and they are listed as water activities, sorry I don't have the address anymore.
