New(er) Disney Must Sees

So I haven't been to Disney World in 14 years. I think it was summer of 95. (I know, it's uncalled for... I'm sorry!) and I'm wondering what are some of the newer rides that I HAVE to experience that weren't there my first time. Last time I was there Twilight Zone Tower was relatively new, there was no animal kingdom and the spectacular Extraterrorestrial Alien Encounter was still running. What rides and attractions have opened up and which ones are your favorite and you recommend I experience them?
