New DVC Owner Question

Hello everyone. I am hoping someone can help me with a question. I am a new owner at BLT and my closing was during the first week of December. I am leaving in 3 days to go down for a last minute trip and I have not received my membership card yet. Where can I go to have one made once I arrive in Orlando? Thanks!

If you have your closing papers it has your member number on those papers. I have have lost my card before and this is how I found my number. If you don't have the closing papers then you should call your guide.

If it is your reservation you don't have yet, you can still check in without the reservation. Just provide your ID when you check in.

I forgot my card on my last trip. I just went to the sales center at SSR, told them I needed a new card and gave them my name. Less than ten minutes later I had a new card. It was super easy!

It depends, the new software has some bugs. Last month my KTTW card had "DVC Member" on it at one resort but not at another. I was told that the CM's didn't know how to fix it and that IT was aware of the problem.

I am a new member too, that closed in late October. I just went through ALL my paperwork and do not see any blue DVC membership card. Does it take a while to receive? Is it paper or plastic? I really don't think I received one. ???

We had the same thing happen to us. We just went to SSR and picked it up - very easy, and I really enjoyed getting to see a bit of SSR - lovely resort! I'm thinking that when we add on that might be where we do!
