New DVC member - two trips booked!

Hey all... so stoked I just had to share with people that "get it."

We just bought our first DVC points a couple months ago (resale) and we've already got our first two trips booked - waiting on the 11-month window to book the third!

Christmas at AKV - I couldn't believe there were actually rooms available. This was a last minute trip and I'm really excited. I've never been away from home for Christmas, but the rest of our family will be at WDW so we couldn't pass it up!

HHI in June - a little two-night stay to celebrate the start of summer.

Waiting for one more month for the window to book Thanksgiving 2013 at OKW (going "home" for the first time).

I'm definitely seeing now how fast those points go and I'm regretting not looking for a loaded contract when we bought...

Anyways, just wanted to share!!

Enjoy those trips! HHI for 2 nights will leave you looking for a HHI contract, that's what a weekend stay did to us!

Agree! I went on my first trip to hhi last july and have been looking for a good contract ever since. Have fun.

Congratulations! The best thing about DVC is always having another trip to look forward to. AKV is my home resort and it is beautiful and relaxing. OKW is lovely too, I found the bus service there to be excellent. We have yet to visit HHI, but it is on my wish list......ENJOY!
