New DVC direct incentive?

Any speculation or rumors on what the next DVC direct "incentive" will be? The current promo ends tonight...

DVC does not share, even with sales staff, until the promos go live. Will know sometime tomorrow.

Might not be one. They've been selling at a rate that will leave them without a live WDW resort before Riviera comes online. While I suppose they might push Aulani, the last time they had a pause between resorts and did that it didn't do much more them.

They will probably raise the price and offer a discount above the current cost. They will also increase ROFR and start selling more of the sold out resorts to existing owners.

Looks like it's now a smaller cash incentive that goes through October 31. 150-174 points is the same, 175-199 went from a $2,500 discount to $2,000, 200-249 went from a $3,500 discount to $2,500, and 250-299 went from a $5,000 discount to $3,500.

Still showing $182/pp.

The add-on offer for existing members still shows the old data and expiration of May 30, so likely not everything is updated yet.

EDIT: The add-on has been updated as well through October 31, and just like the other it's a slightly lower cash incentive. 125-149 points is the same, 150-174 points went from a $1,750 discount to $1,500, 175-199 went from a $3,000 discount to $2,000, and 200-249 went from a $3,500 discount to $2,500.

Meanwhile, DVC is getting more aggressive about moving its inventory at Aulani, Disney Vacation Club Villas with an increase in the promtional rates.

Under the offer which ended May 30, credits were identical for both resorts. What was once a $1000 price reduction for 150 points at Aulani is now $3000-4250.

Unless Atlantis construction starts in 2050, they won’t hit that goal.

That being said, the Atlantis rumors predate Aulani by a few years. I have it filled in the “I will believe it when I see it”.

They probably want to sell Aulani out before Atlantis constructions starts.

I heard that back here at home, but there was zero talk at Aulani about it. Just got home last week.
