New Dollar Rate - But No Additional Driver?

There is a new Dollar Code 4C14M on Mousesavers site. It is $100 cheaper than my current National rate using KM Flying Partners. I am Emerald Club so additional driver is no charge. My question is I am also Dollar Express, but I do not see where an additional driver is allowed at no charge. Is that correct? I would love to get the $100 discount, but not sure I want to give up the additional driver. Any thoughts or suggestions? My dates are 4/12 noon to 05/01 5:00pm with a minivan.

Dollar Express does not waive the additional driver fee. As far as I know, you always have to pay that fee with Dollar. For that reason I almost always use National, Alamo or Hertz, all of which have ways to get the fee waived.

Have you checked Budget as well which includes additional driver? Using BCD x474200 and E-Coupon MUGZ029 for $30 off I get $841 inc taxes after coupon is applied when return minivan.
