New Disneyworld visitor

My family is visiting Disneyworld for the first time in June. I have a few questions. We booked our trip through Costco, how do we order our magic bands? I know they aren’t free anymore if you stay on property. We normally go to Disneyland. So this is a little overwhelming.

First of all, it's Disney World (two words). I know, it's an adjustment for Disneyland regulars!

Did you book a Disney resort with your package? If so, and it is linked to your My Disney Experience account, the option to order discounted MagicBands should be in your account, under "MagicBands and Cards". Once you finalize and pay for the order, the bands will be shipped to you in a week or two.

You don't need them, but they are convenient and fun.

You said you booked through Costco, did they link your reservation up to your Disney account? If not the first thing you'll want to do is use your confirmation number to link your reservation.

That page will let you link anything you may have bought (package, hotel reservation, tickets only etc)

Once linked you should have the option to order your magic bands on this page (I don't have an active reservation at the moment to confirm but I'm pretty sure this is where it is done from)
