New Disneyland Park

I was just out to Disneyland about a week ago. The one day I decied to take a bus out to Huntington Beach. Once we passes by the Hiton and Conference Center, teh bus driver told everyone this land that was being constructed on, about 3 blocks down from the Disneyland Resort and on the other side of the street, would house the 3rd park for Disneyland. Does anyone know if this is true, and if it is what will its theme be and when is it scheduled to open. Thanks

On our trip in April we were told this would be a Disney water park. I've not read anything "official" about this anywhere yet.
