New disney wedding packages

Has anyone booked using a package for 2004 yet? I noticed that the site states any number of guests over 8 must be custom. Did it always say that or did they change that? Also, I was wondering-If I book in 2004 for a 2005 wedding, am I locked into the 2004 packages or will it change to the 2005 package?

The maximum of 8 guests for an intimate wedding has been the standard for some time now (however, as other posts have mentioned, If you ask specifically about the intimate add-on option it may be available for an extra 5 guests for an additional $500). As for the pricing. You can reserve your wedding date up to a year in advanc, this just pencils you in for a particular site to make sure that no one else takes the same spot, but you don't actually pay anything at this time. However, if you book during 2004 and the prices change for 2005, most likely you will pay costs on the 2005 pricing as your final bill will be calculated in 2005 about 30 days from your wedding date (unless your billing date is within the 2004 pricing dates). We had our wedding in June 2003, shortly after that they raised some of the prices - we were billed before the change and therefore didn't have to pay for the increased rates on some of our options.

I book my disney wedding exactly a year to the day which is November 2004 so i booked November 2003., They hold of the date for you and I was sent a wedding guide which will ask you for all your requirments such as music and wedding cake flavors. I book my wedding through Virgin weddings who are you booking yours through or are you such researching at the moment?
Also I don't know if different operators or Fairy tale weddings work differently but the package changed from 2003 to 2004 they added some bits and took away other bits I have booked the Premium wedding package as there is only 6 of coming over from the UK.

I don't know if Fairy Tale weddings or Operators who book the weddings work differently but the wedding packages from the UK changed from 2003 to 2004 they added some things and took away others.

You can't delete your own posts anymore. A lot of us just type the words DOUBLE POST in our reply.
