New Disney Visa upgrade to "platinum"

Anyone get this upgrade offer on their Disney Visa? The upgrade offer is to earn 2% on all gas, groceries, and restaurants, all the time and 1% on all other purchases. It also gives you 5% on gas, groceries, and restaurants for the first 3 months. The catch is there is a $49 annual fee with the new card. For us it is totally worth it because we put everything on it and pay the balance at the end of each month so it's like free money to us. Yay! I love earning more Disney money!

We just keep our Fidelity AmEx which gives us 2% back on every purchase and has no annual fee.

It is "Premier" not "Platinum". There is a really long thread on here about upgrading. We do the same as you-- charge everything and pay it off on time. As long as you spend at least $4900 per year in the select categories then the upgrade pays for itself. Our cards arrived a few days ago and the Sorcerer Mickey card is a beautiful card. Hooray for more rewards!
