New Disney Visa Rates - Fl resident only?

When I just called to make reservations, I was told it was for Florida residents only - anyone else have this happen?

No, the code is on Mousesavers now too and it's for all Disney Visa cardholders. I live in Iowa and I booked with this code.

I figured - this guy was semi-nice but didn't seem real helpful. He said more Disney Visa deals would be coming out soon (maybe he was reading from some other "script"!!!)
