New Disney Visa holder question

I just applied for my Disney Visa (getting $200 Disney Gift Card with first purchase!!). Here's my question:

Because we stay "offsite" (Swan/Dolphin), and we usually purchase our park tickets from Undercover Tourist, I was wondering if we could spend our gift card at the restaurants on Disney property.

Yes, we usually use ours for CS meals and to purchase things in the shops.

My parents did the deluxe dining plan and used their rewards card for tips.

YEAH! That's great news! And I like the idea of using them for CS meals....that means all of our lunches will be free!

You can definitely use it in restaurants. Once you have the card, sign up at Chase.com for their online access to your account. That is where they have a list of all the places that accept dream dollars, as well as what discounts you can get with your card (like discounted tours tickets, special pins, free character greetings and 10% off at World of Disney!). I love my Disney Visa.

Thanks for the info! Even though I use my current Amex and Visa cards for most all my expenses to earn hotel points, I couldn't resist the $200 Disney Visa offer. Who says "there's no such thing as a free lunch"?????? They're wrong!
