I was at the Disney Store yesterday. Three new pins Flounder, Rocketeer, Minnie. They sold for 5.50 each.

I saw these too {of course after my DW informed me…she works there}. I was wondering, anyone know why Disney decided to release a Rocketeer pin? It seems fairly random & single. I’m not aware of any other Rocketeer promotions or events coming up. Anyone else?

Yup. There are actually 4 pins total, 2 in each package. They're have a ton of new Pirates stuff. It's about time.

Can you trade the Disney Store pins in the parks???

Yes, you can. As long the CM lanyard doesn't already have the pin on it, you can trade it with them.
