Correct...this is Wilderness Lodge in the pool area behind the Trout Bar looking toward the boat dock. Always beautiful and normally peaceful but the construction has/will change the "peaceful" part for the time being. This is a perfect place for quiet morning coffee time but beware...you'll be engrossed in your thoughts when, around 2-3 minutes before 7 AM, you begin hearing a rumbling sound. It gets louder and louder and you're just on the verge of panic wondering what it is when BOOM the geyser shoots it's first water out of the day. :rotfl2: I'll be honest :o, before I realized it was the geyser, I was a little concerned. :scared: It "does that to me every time we stay there"! :lmao:

This big guy startled me one morning too when, after taking in the calmness of the pool area, I turned around and was greeted by him! ::yes::

I was in the Little Mermaid section of AoA in 2013 and enjoyed it there. Lion King area will be a little closer to the main building; for me the walk to my section was rather L-O-N-G. I found the Food Court to be extremely loud, especially in the morning. I always took my tray and ate outside for a little more quiet. I liked AoA; it's a VERY "busy" resort but the "peace and quiet" of WL has it beat hands down.:tink:

Thank You! Beautiful photos.

I miss Disney so much. I can hardly wait to get there. :(

Looks like you'll be there shortly! We'll have to wait a few more years due to the fall of our Cdn dollar. We used to go every other year but now we're thinking every 4 years??? I love following this thread though - some of the pictures on here really make me want to be there now.
