New Disney iPhone App

The Inside The Magic website has an interesting article regarding a new iPhone/iPad app covering Walt Disney World:

You can also find it on the app store by searching for 'Disney World Magic Guide'. Cost is £2.99.

I have just downloaded the app and it is very useful for opening times, live ride wait times, menus etc. However, to get the most out of it you need to be using it when in the parks. With a UK phone, I assume it would be very expensive to have it on to keep checking ride wait times.

Anyone tried using a US mobile phone or SIM card for accessing apps when in the parks etc? Would be great if it was not too expensive. Shame they don't have wifi in the parks.

I have this app and I absolutely LOVE it! It's so convenient and organized. Definitely worth the few bucks!

The official Disney App- Mobile Magic is free but is only in the US iTunes store at the moment.

Used an AT&T Go Phone sim in my unlocked iPhone 4S last week. Has to set up correctly but worked great.
