New Disney Girl in the House!

Hi everyone!

I had found and lurked on this board about a year ago and wanted to sign up but ended up getting distracted, but have finally registered today. I am a huge Disney fan and my particular stomping grounds is Disneyland being a California native. I know the park (both actually - the Magic Kingdom and California Adventure) like the back of my hand.

I've been to WDW once but still love Disneyland a bit more.

Anyway, I live in Sweden now but am planning to visit my family in Cali in the fall and we are planning a trip to Disneyland. I am so looking forward to it.

So it should be a blast reading everyone's opinions and experiences with all things Disney here.

Hello!!! Oh another Cali girl! I too grew up in Southern California and had an annual pass to Disneyland but I work at Knotts lol Our family has never been to WDW and our planning our 1st trip!

Although I'm a WDW gal since I'm from Indiana and it's much closer, Disneyland holds a special place in my heart. Growing up, since WDW didn't exist, it was my dream to go to DL. I was able to finally visit as an adult and have now been there several times. My favorite trip was with my Mom and my son before she passed away. It's a special memory. Also I was talking with my Mom one day and realized she had visited DL the year it opened. That was pretty cool.

Welcome! I'm in L.A. so Disneyland has become like a second home, but I grew up on the East Coast and every single family vacation was at WDW. We go to both resorts now and love them!
