NEW Disney Gift Card Deals and More.

Alright. The Sam’s club online purchase did code as online purchase for the bofa card.
Impatiently waiting for my new card!! My application was approved but then it somehow triggered a fraud alert, so now I’m jumping through a bunch of hoops to prove I’m…me. Which is good, I guess, but nevertheless frustrating!

Did anyone test if a WDW ticket purchased through Sam's Club Travel counts as "live entertainment" for the Chase Freedom 5% category this quarter? I have a vague memory that someone purchased a different kind of ticket through Sam's Club Travel and it did get 5% back, but I could totally be misremembering that, lol!

I did a small test purchase of a Regal GC, and Sam's Travel DID code as live entertainment, netting the 5%. Subsequently I then purchased a PH ticket for DH, which I was able to upgrade to an AP yesterday. That purchase also appears to be coding correctly.

I knew it was you but I couldn't find the post :)

Is a 3 month Kroger boost useful for you giftcarders ?

I got an annual one and just renewed early with a half price coupon because they include a streaming service from a small list, I wanted espn+ anyway. It gives more points for regular purchases so I have to buy less gc to get my needed fuel points each month. There's sometimes deals just for boost members.

I haven't seen any gc offers that weren't there before I joined last fall. It's been really helpful in not having to buy more gc just for fuel points.

It's currently free for 3 months if you have Disney plus rewards. So could be useful for someone I hope.

I’m not sure if this is just IHG cards or not.
There is a Chase offer on home improvement (both Lowes and Home Depot sell Disney GC).
Mine is 10% back with a Max of $50 so $500 back.
It expires on 7/30/25

Nice! I didn't get this on either of our Chase cards, so that suggests it may be limited to IHG only. Good find!

Thanks! Thats a quick expiration. We each have IHG cards and are planning to buy a new dishwasher today. Buying from a local appliance chain, was going to use a different card to meet MSR, I wish I could be certain it would code right for Chase. It does say 'smaller hardware stores'.

Trying to decide if my best bet for gift cards right now is Sam’s clubs $200 for 190 with the 6% back on BoA. Trying the 1 and then 3 method?
Need to buy the rest of the APs before that deal disappears.

I can currently get gift cards from Target’s with the regular 5% off for using their credit card and an additional 5% off as a Circle benefit. That means a $200 card will cost $180.00 out of pocket so I’m buying a bunch in anticipation of renewing my AP card.

@Luna81 Yes, I am wondering this too! Heads up, I tried the 2 and then 3 method, and it reminded me that I was maxed out at 4 and would not let me check out beyond two more. Was going to now do 1 and 1, and see if I could keep going back 1 at a time ... but signs are not looking good. I also need to buy at the best deal for two more APs!
