I made one last appeal to corporate customer service, and they told me that I have a $15 credit on my account. Finally.Agree, that sounds like a hassle however, I'm confident with all that you have as proof, customer service will be happy to help out. It's not their first rodeo and unfortunately it won't be their last. You should be just fine.

It was doubtful that "in person" customer service at my local store would have worked, but who knows. I've had to stand in front of them too many times to try to get something fixed.
In store certainly does!! I like to combine it when the are running the $15 off $300 V/MC deal and then I use those cards to get DGC on sale elsewhere.Additional info on current Chase Offers - between DH and I, we got two Office Depot 10% off a purchase up to $110 spend, and one Dollar General 10% off up to $50. They are of course randomly allocated, so YMMV as to whether they pop up for you as well, but certainly worth a check. Going to see if purchasing DGCs in-store will trigger the redemption. I am a little wary of doing it online at Office Depot, as that sends me to a partner gift cards site, which I suspect would not trigger the redemption.

Do you have Office Max? It works there as well.I wish I had an Office Depot near me just for this!
FWIW, I had an Autograph offer on one of my cards. I knew I probably wouldn't use it since I had a reservation at the Swan (Westin) and not the Reserve (Autograph), but added it anyway. Took my trip to Swan and lo and behold got credited for the Autograph offer. I think somewhere between billing and the credit card company they may be having issues recognizing the right brand. I of course, did not point it out to them since it was in my favor. The saga continues! About a week ago I logged back into our Chase account, and lo and behold, the Westin (Swan) offer was back! Only, it was tied NOT to our Chase credit card, but to our checking account - meaning we needed to use our debit card to access it. So, in truth, it's unlikely it actually disappeared ... just that I was completely unaware that Chase Offers can be tied to any of your Chase credit cards OR your Chase checking accounts. Furthermore, my DH had one too, also tied to his checking account!
I called Chase to confirm that the offer would indeed transact if I made a purchase with a Westin hotel (the Swan) via my debit card, and they agreed it would. I called the Swan and paid off of our reservation exactly the amount required to hit the upper limit of the promotional spend. Then I waited ... and waited ... and got progressively more anxious that something was awry in the process as days passed with no notice of the cashback having been redeemed. What was especially worrisome was that the transaction went through as "Walt Disney World Swan," NOT Westin. Thankfully, deep within the transaction's notes, the merchant was coded as "Westin," so I figured I could easily make my argument if the cashback offer never posted.
Then, today, VOILA! A cashback redemption posted ... but the WRONG ONE! Apparently we also had an Autograph Hotels offer on the account (which runs the Dolphin, as I learned from this helpful board), and Chase got the two mixed up and redeemed my Autograph offer. Which wouldn't have been an issue, except that its max redemption was lower by $6. And I'm going to get my $6!
So I called tonight and they were able to escalate the issue, and I THINK, I will have no trouble getting the full value of the cashback and properly redeeming the offer. But they sure made me work for it! Anyhow, it was a good teaching experience for me on how the Chase offers work - and how closely you have to watch for mix-ups and fine print in the offer terms. But thanks to this board, I did get to take advantage of it, and hopefully, DH's will go through too!
Negative. Closest Office Max is two states away. Would really eat into my DGC savingsDo you have Office Max? It works there as well.
My reply drifts a bit off topic, but anyhoo, the missing $6 reminds me of my repeated failure to get the $1 AP discount for Coke Freestyle recharges at Universal Orlando. That particular discount applies to any category of AP, as the terms clearly state, but Guest Services always insists that it's like free parking or those other perks that require a higher category of AP. I even sent a letter to some customer service address, but I assume that went straight to the shredder as nothing happened. I would hate to have to bring a real problem to someone's attention at a theme park, since they'll mount another Crusade to avoid refunding my dollar. Oh wellThe saga continues! That's definitely what happened - they saw "Swan" and it triggered the offer for "Swan Reserve" - unfortunately this time, not in my favor! I'm not going to push too hard on it ... a Disney bird in the hand ...FWIW, I had an Autograph offer on one of my cards. Thank you so much!So 2 of my target accounts had a $5 bonus for adding Target Circle card into my account...which made no sense since my target circle card was already in my account. So I deleted my circle card out of my account (make sure to first set the default card to another card first) and then I clicked on the bonus and added my circle card right back in and it gave me the $5 bonus. Not complaining, but really strange.View attachment 977942
Darn, neither of my Chase cards have that.Just checked my Chase offers and saw a Sam's Club offer for 5% off up to $12 maximum.
And it expires on 6/30. Online only.
Never seen an offer appear and expire so soon.
I ordered two $200 DGC's for $190 each.
Thus, $380 - $12 = 8% savings.
And also the points I earn with my Disa Visa that I can redeem later on.

On the phone app home page if you scroll down maybe halfway you should see it. Not sure about web browser.I'm a new Chase cc owner, where do you see the "offers"?
