I am a dual citizen of America and Sweden. So for example if I want to ever make the Olympics I could be o the Swedish National team or USA team.

Yes, if you are born there and have a birth certificate lie I do. My little sister wasn't born there she is full American and me and my older sister aways makes sure she knows that. But she still has a Swedish name.
