So we became DVC members during our 1st trip in Feb this year. I had said I wanted to pay my annual dues monthly. Saturday I got a bill for our annual dues. Obviously I will call and ask them about this on Monday, but anyone else have experience with this?
 
You will still receive a bill even with monthly selected. Does the statement indicate that it's for direct debit and list a monthly breakout of payments?
 
not that I noticed (it is in the other room on the table so I can remember to call tomorrow) :rolleyes: I recall it saying you owe X (full amount) by April 15 and after the 29th or something like that I get late fees. I hope they can fix it... I don't want to cough up the money now! :lmao:

Had this problem with an Add-on. I thought it odd since my other two contracts were set up as monthly, that they set up the Add-on as pay annually. I called and Told Member Accounting that I wanted to pay monthly and they were more than happy to switch it. You will have to provide a cancel check for account information to set it up if you haven't already.
 
If you go onto the member web site and select My Membership -> Annual Dues -> View/Print Statement, you can clearly see if you have direct debit set up on your contracts.
 
We recieve something similar in the mail and also have monthly payments taken out of our checking. It seems to be just a statement, not a bill. But it isn't clear on the paper!
Like the previous poster, I just went on line and saw that I was scheduled for the monthly payments and then figured out it was just a statement.
