With most phones,the real value in all those apps you've installed is the data they can mine for advertisers.
In NYC they can tell which billboards you have been exposed to (via your route) and which windows/displays you've lingered at. It would work the same for WDW without, as a sage DISer has pointed out, the cost of manufacturing and distributing the MBs.
