when we were in Turkey a few weeks ago my DH left our camera in a restaraunt in Rhodes where we went for the day

We need to buy another but do not really wnat to ahve to but loads of memory cards (we had gathered up 3 1gb for teh other camera over last few years)

My question si if we buy say 2 memory cards how easy is it to get these photos transfered to a cd in WDW and is it expensive. I think I remember when I was there before you could get them done in the Kodak shop in MK but if to expensive may just buy extra cards.

thanks

The price of memory cards is so low at the moment it may be cheaper to just buy more. Then the only reason to copy to CD would be for a backup.

If you still have the cards from your old camera choose a camera that takes the same type :)

I prefer to get smaller cards (512Mb max), then if a card goes faulty I've not lost as many photos.

Try these places for cheap memory cards:

If you can go to walmart it is much cheaper there to have them put on cd

Agreed - IIRC WDW charge about $12 and only put up to 120 pics on the disc, walmart / walgreens will put as many as will fit for about $3.95 :goodvibes:

I went to target and got a camera in NY for $199 and the 512 memory card was $17.
