with the lack of digital Disney images, papers, etc. available, I was wondering if anybody has tried to scan in images from papers/die cuts/stickers bought at a scrapbooking store and use them digitally? If so, how did they come out?

I have a bunch of scrapbooking supplies that I have bought, and would like to try to use them when I digi-scrap my next WDW vacation...

Thanks!

Yes, scanning in your papers and embellishments works very well. I've only done stickers so far.... I'm a bit scared of doing my 12x12 papers and having to stitch them together after scanning. Well, maybe not scared but lazy. :rotfl2:

I actually bought some new stickers on half price sale last week and plan to scan them in as well. I'm contemplating returning them afterwards, if I can repackage them perfectly. I might just keep them as rewards for my son for something instead.

Stickers are fairly easy, just scan them in and crop them around their shape or a square if you prefer.

On this layout, I scanned in some Epcot country stickers and used them. I removed the backgrounds completely, but ended up putting them on white backgrounds anyway.
