New DHS attraction?

I will just say this...in May I was over by the Toy Story ride on a day that it was not open...we found that it was nice to find a place that was not so crowded and a CM came over to talk to us. he mentioned that another attraction would be going in that area very soon as well. he was talking all about this new ride. he turned out to be the head of park safety or something, very nice man - there were no CMs out there and he was concerned about it.
