New Deluxe Resort in MK

All of the talk about what to build on the 20k leagues site has focused on attractions. Why not build a new deluxe hotel "inside" the magic kingdom? This would be much like the Grand Californian in DL. Make it themed like a castle or an old chateau to fit in the scheme of things. How great would it be to walk out the door of the hotel, right into fantasyland? Or how about a balcony from your room overlooking the park? While I know the room rates would be insane, disney would recoup their investment quickly as I'm sure the place would sell out regularly.
Any thoughts?????

I think it is a great idea, but not very realistic.

Behind the area of that attraction is a lot of the behind the scenes stuff like the cast member areas. To have access to the hotel, guests would somehow have to travel through that area and see it. Disney goes to great lengths to hide these backstage areas, so I don't think they would jeopardize this. Also, most of the work (repairs, cleaning, restocking, ect.) occurs at the MK during the night time hours. Not only would guests be able to see this occurring if they were in a resort in the park, but it has the potential to be very disruptive to the guests trying to sleep. Finally, the Grand Californian isn't really in California Adventure. It kind of sits against a corner of the park. Yes the resort has an entrance directly into the park, but it is at a very quiet and unobtrusive place. I don't guests from the resort can see much of the inner workings of the park from their rooms. Just my opinion, but great idea!

On the subject of builiding new resorts..

I'd LOVE to see a moderate themed like the Colonial days of the late 1700's .. much like Colonial Williamsburg!!!

Also, there are SO MANY couples that go to DisneyWorld, why not have an 'adult only' resort. Of course it would not be very large, but still the idea is awesome!! I've LOVE to see an adult only deluxe resort in an MGM area themed like Old Hollywood Glamour!!
