I must say I was shocked and disappointed about the 2012 dinning plan guide for 2012. Disney has drastically reduced their restaurants that accept the dinning plan. Some of favorites are now off the list like Teppan Edo, Yak and Yeti, The Marrakesh, Tutto, Nine Dragons, Wolfgang Puck, Planet Hollywood, La Hacienda de San Angel, just to name a few, are all off the list. I am thoroughly saddened by this. Does anyone know why? Will they come back? :confused3:confused::confused3:confused:

This happens every year. Not all of the restaurants have opted in or have the details ironed out by the time they print the DDP brochures. Since 2006 with a few minor exceptions every single restaurant has joined in later in the year. It's a pretty safe bet that most if not all of those places will in fact be on the DDP. Not to worry:hug:

So you think the list will change? I hope so. We really love Teppan Edo and Yak and Yeti. When do you think a new list would be out?

I had no idea that Yak and Yetti was off... I'm sincerely hoping it finds its way back on by next summer!!

Wait until the end of the year and they will probably all be added. No need for a poll - it's too early to know.

All of those restaurants are not owned/run by Disney. Until they renew their contracts they will not be listed. This happens every single year and every year they get added to the list before the end of the year. No need to worry.
